Comprehensive Services You Receive

Our cross-trained technicians perform a detailed, multi-point inspection and tune-up during every maintenance visit to keep your system operating safely and smoothly:

  • System Tune-Ups & Cleaning — We clean burners, clean condenser coils as needed, lubricate bearings as needed and make necessary minor adjustments.
  • Safety & Performance Checks — We test safety controls, check operating temperatures, inspect the heat exchanger, check auxiliary heat and verify proper venting.
  • Electrical & Component Testing — We check motor amperage draw, inspect electrical connections, check motors, examine defrost controls, test the thermostat and inspect evaporator coils.
  • Filtration & Drainage Maintenance — We check and/or replace filters, inspect condensation drains and pumps and visually inspect for refrigerant leaks.

At the end of every visit, you receive a detailed Written Condition Report outlining system health and any recommendations to prevent future issues.
