"We found the representative very polite and prompt. Also very friendly. Only issue we have is we discussed our thermostat and we feel it is still not working properly. We set the thermostat about one degree above the room temp so it will not come on often during the night, only to wake up and the AC is running, the temp has changed from what I set it, and we hoped this had been resolved."
