"When my A/C caught fire recently and died, I was quite concerned with the aspect of a small fire as well as purchasing a new A/C. My old unit was purchased from Rare A/C 20 yrs. ago. At that time their service was great! Nothing has changed! There service is still great as well as their personal interest in our situation. My new unit was in and working 36 hrs. later, with all of the paper work handled properly and efficiently. Great work Alex and employees at Rare Service. Thank you."
